Al-Husam Maintenance Department is a well established professionally organized department that undertakes maintenance contracts for MEP installations for residential and commercial Building, Industrial buildings, Hospitals, Hotels and Villas and other applications.

The activities involve: Undertaking maintenance contracts for Electrical, Air Conditioning, Plumbing, Fire alarm and Fire fighting and other electromech. works general maintenance items like Carpentry, Aluminum works etc.

The maintenance under full job contract is included Carrying out the tendering, execution and commissioning of electromechanical jobs. Carry out the maintenance works during the defects liability period for all electromechanical projects executed by the company to the Clients satisfaction is our target.

 We plan, schedule and perform prompt and timely preventive maintenance to have minimum breakdowns and long life of all equipments. Inventory of necessary spares parts is always maintained to avoid breakdowns, which will give minimum inconvenience to the clients.
